Our product policy lasts 7 day from the date of your purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We have a 3 day return policy for any printing services. we will reprint any deflects that cause by us or the delivery team. Although all of our prints will go through a Quality Control system before sending out, we will try to compromise with clients.
To complete the reprint, we need to receive the damage print.
If artwork/file did not meet our requirements such as dpi resolutions or bleeding mm, we have the rights to reject the job and refund full payment to our client as we do not want to have low quality work printed by us.
