Question: What File do we accept for print?

We accept Pdf, Jpeg and Png file.

Question: What format do we accept for print?

We only accept CMYK format. please take note when using photoshop to create or save file.

Question: What resolution will be best for my artwork?

300 dpi will be the best resolution to bring out the full potential of our machine delivering the highest quality.

Question: what is the Bleed size needed?

All prints must be in 3mm bleed from all sides of artwork to give us allowance to cut, providing smooth final cut.

Question: what is the maximum File size to be uploaded.

We will recommend file size to be smaller than 30MB to upload in email.

Question: how long does it take to print?

For printing services, lead time will range from 1 to 7 days depending on quantity.

Question: Is there a Delivery service provided?

Yes, we have delivery service at here.

Question: where do i make payment for delivery?

Separate payment if order online. payment for delivery will be as below.
